Thank you for this. I’ve been looking for something different to cook in my slow cooker.

I’m looking forward to slow cooker season! I normally stick to the same ole’ recipes, though last year I tried quite a few new recipes. I don’t think I’ve ever tried anything of the Italian cuisine. I’ll definitely be making this as soon as the weather cools.

This looks really good and one of my favorites. Never tried using a slowcooker but will now!

This looks so yummy!! Plus–no breading, so it’s gluten free, which is a huge bonus at my house! 🙂 I’m definitely going to have to try this out soon!!

Always on the look-out for easy, taste-tested recipes (kids are very picky so if they like it I’m sure to like it too) and this one I will definitely try. Can’t beat crock-pot and let it cook itself!

How big of a can of tomatoes do you use? 15 oz or 28 oz?

It was a really big can, so probably closer to 28oz. Big!! 🙂
