When I learned about the nutritional powers of flax seed, that was it for me. I started adding it to all our foods where it would benefit and add flavor or weight to the product. I am in love with food, with health, with life, and want to share this with everyone. I do not love any type of genetic modification, hydrogenated fats, refined sugars and other garbage. And you won't find these in Linwood's products.
