We have quickly become huge fans of Munchkin. We have always found the products we need and the products that make sense in Munchkin. We go to the store looking for something and when we find that product made by Munchkin we are always impressed at the inventions they have come up with. We recently went to the store looking for cabinet locks because our soon to be 20-month old will not stay out of our cabinets. When we got there I was so pleased to see that Munchkin made these and their invention was simple, they won't leave marks on our cabinets when we remove them and they are functional. It really is the little things that count and Munchkin has us covered! Product was received for review purposes and this post may contain affiliate links.
I was recently given the chance to review their new Click Lock Sippy Cups. I honestly had not heard of these so when I did I was really excited to try them! In the past we have only had luck with one type of sippy cup so I was desperate to find more that our little guy would drink from and that wouldn't leak! I am amazed at the amount of cups that say they are leak/spill proof and juice still ends up on our carpet. It is very frustrating. Munchkin has once again impressed me with another invention – the Click Lock Sippy Cup! These cups are their “leak proof guarantee that you can see, feel and hear because sometimes things in life just CLICK”! It doesn't get any better than that! When you put the lids on the cups and hear the click you know it's leak-proof and ready for even the messiest toddler to use!
We were sent a variety of the Click Lock cups to review. I love that they are available in different cup types depending on what age your little one is. The cup to the left is the cup for 6+ months and is a 7 ounce cup. They also have cups for 9+ months, 12+ months and 18+ months all with various tops. The 9+ and 12+ month cups we received are 9 ounce cups, typical for sippy cups at this age range. The 12+ months cup we were sent is a flip straw cup. Our little guy loves drinking from straws so this one was a real winner in our house! He even used the trainer cup (for 6+ months) because he loves, loves, loves handles on his cups. The last cup we received is the 9 ounce insulated Big Kid Cup. The top of this cup is unlike any we've tried and it did take our little guy a while to get the hang of it, but he loves this cup now! It is simply three small dot openings that they suck out of when they tip the cup up.
I was thrilled with the results from these cups. They are very easy to use. I love the simplicity of hearing the click and knowing they are ready for the little one! The click is obvious and not difficult at all. I point that out because when I first read about the cups I was wondering if the click would be loud enough to actually hear or if it would be difficult to close the lid tight enough to get the click sound but neither of these have been issues. The cups are very easy to clean as well which is another big plus for any busy mom! They are top-rack dishwasher safe as well! These have become our favorite cups and we have even bought a few more! I highly recommend these for toddlers and I will even use them for our new baby once she is about 6 months old to try to get her used to drinking from a training cup!
Be sure to connect with Munchkin on Facebook to keep up with their company information. They have a wide array of incredibly parent friendly and useful products so you'll want to check them out! They are also on Twitter @Munchkin_Inc. What is your favorite Munchkin product? Have you tried these new Click Lock Sippy Cups? What do you think? Do you love them as much as we do?
