Another day full of errands, kids activities, shopping, or planning for Christmas meals? Looking for something super easy and super quick to make sure there is something on the table for dinner?! Well, I recently had the chance to review Contessa World Cuisine meals – and I think I have found a solution for you! (yay!) They have a variety of options in the freezer section at many grocery stores. SRP $7.95 *but at my local Wal-Mart they were only $5* that can all be ready for the table in just 10 minutes. Product received for review.
Contessa World Cuisine Frozen Meals
Contessa World Cuisine meals come in a variety of options including Beef Mongolian, Broccoli Beef, Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Chow Mein, Chicken Florentine, Italian Sausage Rigatoni, Jambalaya, Orange Chicken, Paella, Sesame Chicken, Shrimp Alfredo Penne, and more. They have authentic recipes with no MSG, no trans fat, and no artificial colors or flavors.
The Chicken stir fry was easy to make and yummy! Sometimes the frozen meals come with rice in them – this one did not, but that means – better rice (frozen rice is not really my thing) AND I was able to use brown rice, for a healthier option. The frozen meals are meant to serve two, but with the added rice, I would have been able to feed at least 4 people.
The Contessa website (Contessa.com) has recipes and tips to change up the frozen food to create something more unique. Contessa is a green company, with green processing plants, aquaculture, turtle safe practices, and a commitment to sustainability. You can find Contessa World Cuisine meals at your local grocery store.
