I am so glad it is finally summer, and working hard to make time for time outside enjoying picnics, parties and more. I recently got the chance to try Edwards Frozen Dessert Singles for a review – and I am excited to report they are now a necessity for anything away from home – at the park, on the go, or a sweet treat at work.
Easy Dessert with Edwards Singles
I have seen these in the grocery aisle, but often skipped by not thinking about how simple these are (and because I am not very adventurous). I am so glad I had the chance to bring some home – I think they might ALWAYS be stocked in our home now. Two slices of dessert are individually packaged, and because they start frozen you can grab them in the morning and they are still cold enough at lunch to enjoy. They make a quick and easy dessert option. Edwards Frozen Dessert Singles come in a variety of flavors like Hershey’s Crème Pie, Cookies and Crème Pie, Banana Crème, Cheesecake, Lemon Meringue or Key Lime Pie.
I tried the Key Lime Pie and a Reece’s Peanut Butter Pie. Both packages came with two pies, perfect for the hubby and I to have right after dinner – perfect looking right out of the box (much better than the pie I made around Thanksgiving last year! LOL!). Even starting frozen they were both delicious. The Key Lime Pie was light and full of memories to our trip to the Keys a few years ago – this one will be great ANY time of the year. The Peanut Butter Pie (Reese’s are always on my list of favorites!), was also light and fluffy – but so rich with whipped cream, peanut butter and pieces of Reese’s on top.
You can find Edwards Frozen Dessert Singles at most grocery stores. Most of them are under $2.99 for the two individually packaged servings.
