I know some people find it intimidating to walk into a baby gear store and figure out what works for you, but I have LOVED the process. It is so fun to try it all out, figure out what works and what doesn’t. Maybe it is because we are adopting and it will take a while before our little one is home, giving me extra time to explore, but I just can’t wait to use the fun things I have found with our kiddo! I hadn’t decided on a baby swing yet, so I was happy to receive and review the Comfort & Harmony portable swing in the Girafaloo design.
Sweet Baby Swing from Comfort and Harmony
This portable baby swing has a very soft seat, and a variety of positions to recline. Even as a travel swing, it features everything a “normal sized” swing has including 7 melodies, soothing vibration, and a toy bar with adorable plush toys. It folds up flat, so it is not only small, but easy to transport or hide under a bed to stow away when not in use.
Since our child hasn’t arrived home yet, I got to visit a friend who just had a baby girl. Their little Zoe is SO cute, and it was fun to have her try out the swing for the first time. At first there was some adjusting to the movement, but she quickly settled in and enjoyed the security of the cradling seat and the soothing music. I liked that there was a volume control so I didn’t have to hear the music as loud (ha).
