We all know how important breakfast is, but I am sure many of us are in a rush in the morning. It's a very rare occasion that I actually make something for breakfast. About 99% of the time I am grabbing some sort of shake.
My stomach is actually extremely picky when it comes to my morning routine. I have to have my two cups of coffee, then some water, and then my breakfast shake. Any disruptions or changes to this order usually ends in nausea. Apparently, I am a creature of habit and have trained my body to be super sensitive.

On days that I have to work outside of the house, breakfast shakes are even more of a welcome treat. It's so easy to toss one in my bag and be out the door. I look forward to drinking the creamy, delicious shake and thoroughly enjoy the taste just as much as the convenience.
