Easy Cool Whip Cookies Recipe

Cool Whip cookies are beyond easy to whip up in no time. I have made them before a little differently, but this time I used Funfetti cake mix for a colorful Easter look. I added Easter sprinkles and pastel colors that you can change to fit any theme.

Cool Whip Cookies – Easy to Whip up Anytime

Easy Cool Whip Cookies

Cool Whip cookies only require 2-3 ingredients. This time I added an egg, which counts for the third ingredient. In the past I have just done Cool Whip and cake mix.

You can use any flavor of cake mix. It’s fun to experiment with different flavors of cake mix and add-ins. Depending on the holiday or occasion for which you are making cookies, you can choose colors that fit.

I did one batch plain and added some cute Easter decorations to the second batch. They definitely didn’t turn out to be a pretty as I had hoped, but that’s just one more reason that I was happy to have my fun, green flower serving platter.

The cookies looked a lot more like a mess than magic, so I used my shiny, green plate to distract guests. After one bite, no one cared about looks at all. The tasty cookies were gobbled up quite quickly.

Easy Cool Whip Cookies

These cookies are light, sweet and have a cake-like texture. With the simple ingredients, they are perfect for last minute. It’s all about the presentation, right? Just place them on a pretty Easter platter and everyone will be drawn to them.

Many people love the texture of cake mix cookies. Not only are they easy to make with few ingredients, but they are interesting to bite into. They differ from typical cookies in that they are fluffier. As much as I love “normal” cookies, cake mix cookies are a fun change every so often. Try them to see if you like them too!
