Only six ingredients are needed to make this delicious mixed drink cocktail. After my 21st birthday, I swore I would never drink Goldschlager again, but this is a small amount for the sparkle and touch of flavor.

I thought I hated ginger drinks after ginger-ale stomach flu remedies as a child. Then I ended up with a large batch of heavily flavored simple syrup from making my own candied ginger a few Christmases ago and they turned into the tastiest spritzers with a little vodka. Your recipe with peppermint sounds about as seasonally festive as it gets! :)
