Whenever I scroll through Pinterest and see all the creative nail art – I get a little jealous of all the time people have. My nails are often the color nude, as in, “never get painted” nude. I recently received some nail strips from OMGNailStrips for review – and they have made it much easier to get the cute nails that are oh so Pinterest worthy.
OMGNailStrips – Nail Art Strips
I am not sure why I am so lazy about painting my nails, but usually my clumsiness — which all but ensures that the nail polishing is quickly ruined — is to blame. Not with these nail strips! I just put them on and I don’t even have to wait for them to dry (and mess them up in the meantime). They are an easy solution to messy, smelly nail polish, and can last up to 10 days. They have more than 40 designs and plan to add hundreds more in the future.
With nail strips you can get the salon look in your own home. With crackle, stripes, splatter, holiday patterns, and animal prints, it was easy to find something I would like (and something for a sister-in-law for Christmas). When applying, it took a bit of practice to get it straight, but once I did one successfully, I was able to apply all of the rest with no problem. Each package contained 14 strips, so I could find something that fit every fingernail – and you could even use them for toenails.
You can browse the patterns from OMGNailStrips on their website — be sure sure to check out their Christmas patterns with reindeer, snowflakes, or wrapped presents. The holiday patterns are great for Christmas parties in the coming season. From what I could see while browsing, prices start at $2.99 (I think the most expensive pattern I saw was in the $6 range) – so, they are still much cheaper than a manicure!
Do you do your own nail art often? Would you find using these strips a time saver?
