I was so happy to receive my Celsius package. It came in a cooler bag stuffed with Celsius products. There are so many delicious flavors including: Orange, Wild Berry, Cola, Ginger Ale, Peach Mango, Lemon Iced Tea, Raspberry Acai, Strawberry-Kiwi and Berry. Available in singles, 4-packs, custom packs, and very convenient powder stick packets.
Although this is my first time trying Celsius, it was definitely not my first time hearing about it. I have seen it on TV quite a bit and at my local Walmart. Mario Lopez is the spokesperson, so it’s hard to miss him in the ads. He’s pretty buff to say the least. Excellent choice to promote your fitness products!
They refer to Celsius as Your Ultimate Fitness Partner. I love that because they are not claiming that drinking Celsius is all you need to do to lose weight. We all know that there is no magic pill or drink for weight loss. You still have to do your part. Celsius is there to help you by boosting your metabolism and burning additional calories (up to 100!). Drink one 15 minutes before you exercise to power you though your workout and then some. Clinical studies have also shown that it can reduce body fat, increase endurance and energy.
Celsius consists of quality and good-for-you ingredients with thermogenic properties. Lots of healthy vitamins that everyone needs. My favorite part about the ingredients is no aspartame! Anything that contains aspartame gives me heart palpitations. It also contains no sugar, artificial preservatives, colors or flavors and no high fructose corn syrup! It does contain 200mg of caffeine which is equivalent to about 2 cups of regular coffee. Just the kick in the pants I need to get active!
My experience with Celsius has been mostly positive. I enjoy the taste of the sparkling beverages a lot more that the non-carbonated. Most of the flavors I like. The Apple Orchard I did not like at all. Sparkling Orange is my favorite. After drinking Celsius I feel really good. I did feel more energized in a good way. Not jittery or nervous at all. I tried it before getting on the treadmill and noticed that I ran a little longer and harder. I get similar results from drinking Starbucks, but this is way healthier!
Overall, I feel that Celsius does make a good fitness partner. Being that it is still winter, I tend to remain in hibernation-mode until about mid-March. Hanging out in big sweats drinking hot chocolate can be a recipe for disaster when it comes to my bridal fitness plan! Celsius gives me that boost to get moving. It’s my new afternoon pick-me-up!
