Conair Quick Twist Works on Thin Hair
My daughter and I have really fine, thin hair. It won’t hold a curl, a perm, and braids quickly slip out. I’m happy to report that the Conair Quick Twist™ actually works on our hair. This is a product-provided, sponsored conversation that contains affiliate links. I received the Conair Quick Twist Double Stranded Braider for my own personal use. All opinions, text, and experiences are my own.
Conair Quick Twist
First, you need to know: I am the worst hairstylist on the planet. Anyone that knows me can support this. I am not phishing for complements–simply speaking the truth.
That said, the Conair Quick Twist is so easy to use, I was able to do Chesney’s hair in 4 minutes. THE. FIRST. TIME. Ches’ hair is super fine and thin so pretty much everything falls out of it. Clips? Forget about those. Braids? Only last a few minutes. Curls? Even with tons of product, no way.
This hair styling device is user friendly and incredibly easy to use. Because the hair is being twisted in opposite directions, it’s able to hold itself into place. You can create multiple, fun, stylish twisty braids in seconds with just one tool. The Conair Quick Twist comes with:
- 40 Scunci® anti-slip mini elastics
- 10 hair clips (with teeth so they actually hold)
- 2 silky ribbons
To use it, simply follow three steps:
- Lock ends of hair into place in the styler and pull tight.
- Slide the button up to the on the twist to easily twist two strands all the way up.
- Turn the top of the styler (in the direction of the arrow) to twist the strands together, making it as loose or as tight as you want.
Ches and I are so excited to come up with all kinds of new styles incorporating the ribbons and maybe even some feathers and beads. This fun tool has actually given me some hair styling confidence! The more I use it, the better, faster, and more creative I get. Learn more about the Conair Quick Twist here.
She’s even able to do it herself. She’s got a couple girlfriends coming over this weekend for a sleepover and I can only imagine the fun their going to have.

That’s a clever invention for doing up hair. I keep mine short for swimming so it wouldn’t work on my hair.
This is super cute. My niece would love this for her Christmas present. Yes! I am already shopping for presents, lol.
That’s smart! I would love to start Christmas shopping now!
Ohh my 4 year old would love to have her hair styled with this, how fun! So glad I discovered this on your site!
This looks so fun/. The girls and I will have a blast with this creating different hairstyles.
I’m not a hairstylist at all either!! Love that this is simple and it looks cute. I think it’s something my 10 year old daughter would like. I’m going to add this to my list of Christmas ideas for her!
I have seen the commercials for the Conair Quick Twist™, it does look fun. It’s great for someone who wants something different than the usual hairstyles. Thank you for sharing this review.
