Dinner time was an important part of my family. It was a time of sharing our experiences of the day, talking, and just being together. Now that we have a little one, my husband and I want to make sure we that spirit of dinner time important. This meant finding a chair that worked with our table, so even at 7 months old, our little guy can be part of family meal time. I received a Ryze Pedestal high chair for review from Harmony Juvenile, but all opinions are my own.
Dinner Time with the Ryze Pedestal High Chair
I spent about 2 weeks searching online and various stores in my area for a chair that was affordable and didn’t take up a ton of floor space. Have you noticed how much space high chairs take up these days?! I was so excited to find the Harmony Ryze Pedestal High Chair. It is affordable, AND it doesn’t take up more space than a normal chair would. This is great, because a bulky high chair would make dinner time a virtual impossibility. The chair height is adjustable, allowing me to raise it when I am trying to feed my little dude and make dinner at the same time. I can lower it to table height when my husband and I are ready to sit down and eat our own meal.
The Ryze Chair features an EVA cushion and comes in pink or green. It has 4 different height adjustments, a button that allows you to rotate the whole chair 360 degrees, and a weighted base for stability. It has an easy to remove tray liner, which makes it easier to clean up after dinner time. My only complaint so far is that the tray is locked in one position. It cannot move back and forth to better fit a smaller child. We work with it by either having him sit further forward or adding a pillow. Soon, it will fit him just fine!
You can find out more about the Ryze Pedestal High Chair on the Harmony Juvenile website. They are currently testing the product in select Target and Walmart stores in the US. Hopefully it will be in a store near you VERY soon! Keep dinner time alive for you and your little one. Find out more about Harmony Juvenile products on Harmony Juvenile’s Facebook or Twitter.
