Dot to Dot Children’s Books
In honor of Earth Day, I am excited to introduce you to a special collection of books. Product was received for review purposes and this post may contain affiliate links.
I was delighted to be given the opportunity to take a look at this set of books from Dot to Dot Children’s Books. They are a set of eight books, featuring animals from all over the world as main characters. The unique thing about these books is they were created to help raise awareness about the people, endangered animals, and countries around our world. AND what drew me to the books in the first place, each of the stories were written by women and children from countries all over the world – and each of the books support women in and children in the respective country as well as the Wildlife Conservation Society.
As soon as I received the books I jumped right in. The illustrations and stories are unique, and have a special meaning knowing they have come from a community of people that have a connection to what they are writing about and the story they are sharing. At the end of the story each of the books has information about the country the story is based in, the endangered animals that are featured in the story, and the women and children who wrote the book. I am excited to share the books with my own children – and the story behind them as soon as they would be old enough to understand. I loved the story behind how the books came together and the great organizations they support.
