This amazingly fun book is divided into nine chapters, each with titles such as “Going to Extremes”, “Seeing is Believing” and “What on Earth?”. It is fabulous for many school-aged children and even adults will find these facts intriguing (my husband and I did!). My 15-year-old son is drawn to books like these, he can't put them down! My husband (who teaches 1st grade) even said that his students would love this book and he plans on taking it into school after the break for them to enjoy! It covers such a wide range of ages and is the perfect gift to get a family with multiple children of varying ages, or even as a book to keep around your own home for fun times. Be sure to check out the more than 200 themed spreads that will give you facts like some people really can hear their eyeballs move! Creepy, yet interesting, right? 🙂 And did you know that Britain's jewel-studded Imperial State Crown weighs more than a full-grown guinea pig? Can you imagine? I love that the facts pull you in and get you thinking and many of them really surprised me!
Besides this super fun book, be sure to check out the Weird But True App for just $1.99 – your kids will love this too! You can also have your kids take the “Quiz Your Noodle with the Ultimate Weird But True online quiz”! What a fun thing to do over the holiday break! You can also purchase your copy of this Ultimate Weird But True book!
