Renew Life Daily Multi Detox
If you have ever done a detox you know how rough it can be on your body. Especially if you are an extreme person like myself. I will go through periods where I just completely let myself go and turn into a toxic waste dump. Then, a switch will flip and I will throw myself into a heavy detox along with diet and exercise. This is a constant yo-yo that I have battled with my whole life. It’s safe to say that I am not the most balanced individual. Before my wedding in June I freaked out and went into one of my healthy frenzies. After the adjustment period I felt amazing. My skin was clearer and I had more energy. Well, good ol’ me just couldn’t let that last! Right after saying “I do” I stopped all healthy activities and went straight for the cake. Blah — I am paying for that now!
This time instead of an intense and harsh cleanse, I opted to try the Daily Multi-Detox from Renew Life. Since it is taken daily it is less intense and more gradual which makes it easier on the system. I was able to still feel it working, though. For the first few days I got a dull headache. This is something I have personally experienced during past detoxes, so I was not alarmed. It’s a dull ache that you can still function on, it’s just annoying. I picture tiny little pieces of fruit in a battle with junk food to be the cause of it. Hey, no pain – no gain, right?
After just three days of using this gentle formula, I could take it with no real side effects. The dull headache was gone and the only thing I noticed was a slight aftertaste. Totally tolerable, though. It’s a non-laxative formula which I was grateful for. The synergistic blend of 39 ingredients including herbs, amino acids and nutraceuticals create a great way to nourish and encourage natural detoxing.
Renew Life has started a new Young Adult Initiative. This is fantastic. The sooner you are educated on the importance of digestion, the better. The whole digestion topic is not the most comfortable one–especially when you are a teenager or young adult. Actually, I still hate talking about it! But, it is a reality and probably the most important factor to health. By focusing on “potty humor” Renew Life has created a way to comfortably approach this uncomfortable topic.
