Welcome to the Holiday Season! Not really, it’s still not even THANKSGIVING… but I am already planning for Little Dude’s first Christmas. In order to celebrate, I am so excited to be putting together a gift guide for the littlest ones on your list. Featuring some of my favorite items that we are using at home now, or will be using as he heads into his second year of life. I received a pair of Robeez for free in exchange for my honest opinion – but we have been using Robeez Soft Soles for a while now and love them!
Robeez Soft Soles
My 10 month old puts everything in his mouth, he does not like to wear socks, and he definitely doesn’t make it through a day in the same outfit. While Robeez cannot solve ALL of these problems, they solve one of them – they keep the socks on. And now that it is getting colder, having shoes and socks that stay on is something I am grateful for. The Soft Soles have an elasticized ankle that helps keep them tight enough that they do not fall off or are easily pulled off. They are made of high quality leather which makes them durable. Our first two pairs of Robeez were hand-me-downs from a friend and they still look great. Since it is recommended little ones learn to walk in bare feet – the soft sole is a flexible fit that is the next best thing to bare feet. The Robeez Soft Soles are accepted by the American Podiatric Medical Association because they are designed to flex and bend – promoting natural foot function.
Now that you know why they are great for little fit, seemingly just as important, they have fun colors and patterns! We have fire trucks, puppies, and our newest have “Digital Dinos.” Robeez soft soles also come in fun faux tennis shoes, boat shoes and moccasins for those days when your toddler just feels like being a grown up (ha!).
You can find Robeez at MyRobeez.com – their patterns come in tons of boys and girls patterns. When you are ready to move on from Soft Soles, they have Mini Shoes with some of the same features as the soft soled shoes, but skid-resistant sole make it safer for kiddos on the run. In addition to the shoes, they have boots, slippers and socks – make sure to check out their website for deals and promotions to stock up your littlest family member with shoes this season!
