At one point or another, I’m sure most of us ladies have sacrificed comfort for fashion and worn a pair of fabulous heels that made us taller and sexier, but had our feet screaming for mercy by the end of the night. In my college days, it was not uncommon to see girls taking off their shoes and walking barefoot in the streets after last call at the bar/club scene. Rollable Ballet Flats
I found a neat solution at GoodToBeYou.com: Rollable Ballet Flats ($15). These are dainty little ballet flats which fold up ever so thinly. Stash them in your purse before a night out on the town or a fancy affair, and then you can trade out your uncomfortable shoes with the flats immediately. I also hate driving in heels, so you can wear the flats while driving, then switch to your nicer shoes in the car.
The flats are available in small, medium, and large sizes and have elastic backing to allow flexibility in sizing. Choose from black or silver colors for flats that will go with any outfit.
I chose the silver pair and they arrived in a cute pink and black pouch which you can use to transport your flats. These are definitely shoes that are meant to be worn to get you from point A to point B, as they are not sturdy enough to really wear out and about for long. The pair I received was very cute but I wish the sole was a bit more slip-resistant and the heel came up higher. It kept slipping off the back of my feet when I walked, so they weren’t very functional for me. This is mainly a sizing issue, so your experience may differ.
You can find these shoes and many other fun and pampering gifts at GoodToBeYou.com. This would be a great place to shop if you have an upcoming bachelorette party or girl’s night out, since they have all kinds of glam and girly kits and gift sets.
