Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Bark

What You Need – Meltable dark chocolate – Pomegranate arils – Shelled pistachio nuts

In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals until it is smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate on to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and smooth it out with a spatula.

Sprinkle the pomegranate arils and pistachios on top of the chocolate and gently press them down to make sure they stick into the chocolate.

Place the baking sheet into the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

Remove the tray from the refrigerator and break the bark candy into pieces.

Serve at room temperature or chilled. Looks great on holiday dessert tables!
