Lime Cake Mix Cookies

What you Need: – Yellow cake mix – Box of lime gelatin – Butter – Cream cheese, – Large egg – White chocolate chips – Rainbow nonpareils

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, lime gelatin mix, softened butter, softened cream cheese, and egg.

Mix on medium speed to blend the ingredients until a smooth dough forms.

Scoop out the dough and roll it into small balls. Place the dough balls onto the sheet, leaving a few inches of space in between.

Flatten the dough balls using the palm of your hand or the bottom of a flat glass. Gently press down on each ball until it forms a round disc.

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes. Melt some white chocolate chips.

Transfer the white chocolate to a sandwich bag and snip off a small corner of the bag. Drizzle onto cooled cookies.

Sprinkle some rainbow nonpareils on top of the white chocolate drizzle.

Let the cookies sit for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
