Pistachio Kiss Cookies


Ingredients: – Sugar cookie mix – Pistachio instant pudding – Flour – Butter – Eggs – White chocolate chips – Pistachios – Hershey Kisses

Preheat your oven to 350. Add the cookie mix, pudding mix, and flour to a mixing bowl and combine. Add in the softened butter and eggs and mix well.  Fold in the white chocolate chips.

Pour chopped pistachios onto a plate. Roll the cookie dough into 2″ balls and flatten them slightly. Dip the edges of each cookie dough ball into the chopped pistachios.

Bake for 8-9 minutes.  Leave the cookies on the sheet for 5 minutes.   Gently press a Hershey Kiss into the middle of each cookie.
