Bacon Jalapeño Poppers Appetizer

Ingredients: Bacon Jalapeños Cheddar cheese Cream cheese Garlic powder

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil. Set it aside. Get your fresh jalapeños sliced lengthwise and remove the seeds.

In a medium skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Place it on a paper towel-lined plate to soak up excess grease and allow it to cool.

In a small bowl, add ¼ of the shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, and garlic powder. Mix well to combine.

Fill each jalapeño with the cheese mixture and place onto the prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle the remaining ¼ shredded cheddar. Crumble the cooled bacon onto the tops of the jalapeño poppers.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender.
