Ingredients– 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour– 1/4 cup granulated sugar– 1 stick, 1/2 cup, butter, cold and cut into chunks– 2 tablespoons water– rose, lemon yellow, and sky blue color gels
Add butter and use a pastry blender to cut butter into the flour and sugar until the mixture is crumbly. Add water for dough to come together with a spoon.
Use a spoon to scoop out a small amount of dough, about 3/4"-1" in length for each color. Divide that small dollop in half and combine one dough of each of the three colors.
