Ingredients

Instructions
Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and stir.
1 ½ cup flour,
½ cup sugar,
2 tsp baking powder,
½ tsp salt,
½ tsp nutmeg,
½ tsp cinnamon
Beat the egg in your stand mixer before adding the rest of the wet ingredients.
1 egg,
½ cup milk,
⅓ cup butter
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet to combine.
Bake in a muffin tin at 400℉ for 15 minutes.
