Funfetti Cheese Ball Dip

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup butter unsalted, softened
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cup Funfetti cake mix about half a box
- 1 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Beat together cream cheese, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.8 oz cream cheese, ½ cup butter, ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Add in powdered sugar and Funfetti cake mix and blend until well combined.½ cup powdered sugar, 1 ½ cup Funfetti cake mix
- Stir in the tablespoon of sprinkles.1 cup rainbow sprinkles
- Scoop the cheese ball mixture into the center of a piece of plastic wrap, cover, and roll into a ball.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- When ready to serve, place the remaining sprinkles onto a plate. Remove the plastic wrap and roll the cheese ball onto the sprinkles to evenly coat. Serve immediately, enjoy!1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5-7 days.
This can be made the night before but wait until you are ready to serve to roll in the sprinkles.
