shredded coconut
green food coloring

used to help the sesame seeds stick
Instructions
Tint shredded coconut with green food coloring.
½ cup shredded coconut,
green food coloring
Place a Nilla Wafer flat side up as the bottom bun.
20 Nilla Wafers
Add icing to the wafer center, then place a Fudge Mint Delight.
10 Keebler Fudge Mint Delights
Pipe red and yellow icing as ketchup and mustard.
2 oz yellow decorating icing,
2 oz red decorating icing
Sprinkle green coconut lettuce on top.
Add another Nilla Wafer as top bun, then brush with honey and sprinkle sesame seeds.
1 tbsp honey,
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Repeat until all cookies are made.
Notes
Recipe yields 10 burger cookies.
Double ingredients for larger gatherings.
Store cookies at room temperature in airtight containers.
