Instructions
Add coffee, milk, chocolate syrup, sugar, and mini chocolate chips to the blender.
1 cup coffee,
1 cup milk,
⅓ cup chocolate syrup,
2 tbsp sugar
Add ice and blend well.
3 cup ice
Pour into serving cups and top with whipped topping, chocolate syrup, and mini chocolate chips.
