Place all the ingredients except for the optional toppings in a blender and blend until smooth.
2 large banana, 2 cup cauliflower, 1 handful baby spinach, ½ cup rolled oats, 4 Medjool dates, 1 cup coffee, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tsp peppermint extract, ¼ cup cacao powder, Pinch sea salt
Pour into 2 bowls and top with desired toppings; serve immediately.
