- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange pretzels in a single layer.
- Place one Rolo in the corner of each pretzel, leaving space for the rainbow candy.
- Bake for 2-3 minutes, just until the Rolos soften.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle gold candy sprinkles over each Rolo.
- Press one rainbow candy bite in front of each Rolo to create a “Pot O’ Gold” effect.
- Let cool at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Leave room for the rainbow candy when placing Rolos on pretzels.
- Heat for only 2-3 minutes & watch closely to avoid over-melting.
- Add gold sprinkles immediately after removing from the oven.
