Ingredients
1lbground beef
1tbspolive oil
1cupbell peppersdiced
1smalloniondiced
1smalljalapenodiced

15ozPure Pumpkin100% pure pumpkin
15ozpinto beansrinsed and drained
15ozblack beansrinsed and drained
28ozdiced tomatoesdo not drain
¼cupwater
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In a dutch oven or large saucepan, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Using the same pan, add oil and cook bell peppers, onions, and jalapeno until tender.
1 tbsp olive oil, 1 cup bell peppers, 1 small onion, 1 small jalapeno
Add garlic and cook for one minute.

Return meat to pan and add chili powder, cumin, pumpkin puree, pinto beans, black beans, tomatoes, and water. Stir to combine.
1 tbsp chili powder, 3 tsp cumin, 15 oz Pure Pumpkin, 15 oz pinto beans, 15 oz black beans, 28 oz diced tomatoes, ¼ cup water, Salt and pepper to taste
Bring to a simmer, cover and cook for about 20 minutes. You can add more water if needed.
