Ingredients
Pink Strawberry Lemonade Layer

Strawberries
fresh or frozen

honey
or maple syrup, adjust to taste

lemon juice
lemon zest
zest of 1 lemon, optional

Greek yogurt
White Yogurt Layer:
2
cups
Greek yogurt
plain or vanilla

tbsp
honey
or maple syrup, adjust to taste

lemon juice
Instructions
Blend strawberries, lemon juice, zest, honey, and yogurt until smooth.
2 ½ cup Strawberries,
5 tbsp honey,
1 tsp lemon juice,
lemon zest,
1 cup Greek yogurt
Mix the remaining yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
2 cups Greek yogurt,
3 tbsp honey,
2 tsp lemon juice
Layer both mixes in molds and swirl. Insert sticks.
Freeze for 6 hours.
Run molds under warm water to release.
Notes
Adjust the sweetener to taste.
Use paper cups if molds aren’t available.
Store popsicles for up to 2–3 weeks in the freezer.
