In a saucepan, heat the butter and green peppers on medium, until butter is melted and for about an additional 2-3 minutes.

Cook the broth and milk over medium-low heat, stirring constantly just until thick and bubbly.

Add the rest of the ingredients and warm it up.

Poke holes in potatoes, place on a plate, and microwave for 10-14 minutes.
