Create a special Valentine's Day treat with these frozen whipped cream hot chocolate toppers. Pipe heart-shaped whipped cream designs and decorate with Valentine sprinkles. Freeze and use to top hot cocoa for a cute, melting effect. A simple, sweet way to add charm to your favorite warm drink.
Clear space in your freezer for a cutting board or baking sheet to lay flat. Line the cutting board or baking sheet with parchment paper. Optionally, trace your mug’s shape onto the parchment paper, spacing outlines about 1" apart, to create a heart size that fits your mug. Set the mug aside.
Place the parchment paper onto the cutting board or baking sheet.
Transfer whipped topping to a large pastry bag fitted with a small star tip. Pipe a heart shape inside the outlines on the paper and fill it in.

Add a second layer by piping additional dollops, stripes, or patterns.
Decorate with Valentine sprinkles.

Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
To use, make hot cocoa, remove hearts from the freezer, and peel them off the parchment paper or lift them with a spatula. Place a heart on top of hot cocoa and serve immediately.
