Birthday Cake Fluff
Sweet and colorful marshmallow fluff salad for a birthday party. Funfetti fluff has that birthday cake flavor we all know and love!

Ingredients
- 3.4 oz Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 ½ cup milk cold
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cup Funfetti cake mix about half a box
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 3 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles plus extra for garnish
Instructions
- Spread cake mix on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 mins to kill off any harmful bacteria. Let cool before adding to the ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the cold milk into the vanilla pudding mix until smooth.3.4 oz Vanilla Instant Pudding, 1 ½ cup milk
- Stir in the vanilla extract and heat-treated, dry cake mix.½ tsp vanilla extract, 1 ½ cup Funfetti cake mix
- Mix in the tablespoons of sprinkles, and fold in the cool whip until well combined.1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles, 8 oz whipped topping
- Add in the mini marshmallows until coated.3 cup mini marshmallows
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Add extra sprinkles for garnish. Enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
This fluff salad can be prepared the night before.
