Cookie Cake
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 2 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cup flour
- ⅔ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cup chocolate chips
Topping
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 3.4 oz Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy.1 cup butter, 1 ½ cup sugar, 2 egg, 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; stir into the butter mixture until well blended.2 cup flour, ⅔ cup cocoa powder, ¾ tsp baking soda, ¼ tsp salt
- Mix in the chocolate chips. Spread in the bottom of your cast iron skillet.2 cup chocolate chips
- Bake for 25 minutes. Remove and let cool.

- Spread on top of your cookie. Garnish with chocolate syrup if desired.
