Instructions
Combine cranberries, white sugar, water, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, allspice, and pepper in a large pot over medium heat.
12 oz cranberries,
¾ cup sugar,
½ cup water,
1 ½ tsp cinnamon,
1 tsp ground ginger,
¼ tsp ground cloves,
¼ tsp allspice,
1 pinch black pepper
Simmer, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves and cranberries pop, 10 to 12 minutes.
Optional: Process jam in blender until smooth.
Pour into glass jar and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
