mini pizza crusts

lb
ground beef

taco seasoning
however you normally make taco meat
½
cup
refried beans
½
cup
mozzarella
shredded
½
cup
cheddar cheese
shredded
lettuce
shredded
½
jalapeno
Pace® Medium Picante Sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Prepare taco meat however you normally do.
1 lb ground beef,
3 tbsp taco seasoning
Place 3 pizza crusts on a baking pan for one taco pizza.
6 mini pizza crusts
Top one crust with refried beans and cheese.
½ cup refried beans,
½ cup cheddar cheese
Top another crust with taco meat and cheese.
Leave third crust plain.
Bake for about 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
Place the crust with beans on top of the crust with ground beef.
Top with the final, plain crust.
Add more shredded cheese to the very top.
½ cup mozzarella
Bake for an additional 5-7 mins, watching closely.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Top with Pace® Medium Picante Sauce and other preferred toppings.

Serve with a bowl of chips and Pace® Chunky Salsa Medium.
Repeat process for each mini pizza.
