Loaded Tater Tots on a Stick
These loaded tater tot skewers are crispy, cheesy, bacon-loaded perfection for your brunch menu, all magically presented on fun sticks everyone will love.

9 inch wooden skewers
Ingredients

Tater Tots
frozen
¾
cup
cheddar cheese
shredded
½
cup
bacon
cooked and crumbled
2
tbsp
chives
sliced
Sour cream
Instructions
Bake tater tots according to package instructions at 425°F, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy (around 25 to 30 minutes).
1 bag Tater Tots
Once cooled a bit, thread 6 tots onto each wooden skewer.
Place skewers on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon on top.
¾ cup cheddar cheese,
½ cup bacon
Bake skewers again for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts and bubbles.
Remove from oven and add sliced chives.
2 tbsp chives
Serve warm with sour cream for dipping or drizzling.

Notes
Feel free to use mozzarella, Jack or pepper jack cheese if preferred.
Swap bacon out for vegetarian crumbles or sausage for variety.
Best enjoyed immediately; leftovers can be reheated in oven.
Try green onion or diced jalapeno in place of chives for extra zest.
