Evenly layer the hash browns on the bottom, then cheese, ham, and green onions (in that order)
3 cup hash browns, 1 ½ cup Colby jack cheese, 1 cup ham, ½ cup green onions
Whisk together eggs, evaporated milk, salt, & pepper and pour evenly over layers.
4 egg, 12 oz evaporated milk, salt and pepper to taste
Top with more shredded cheese and cover with foil or plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight.
The next morning:
Pre-heat oven to 350℉
Uncover and bake for 45 mins or until golden brown and an inserted knife comes out clean. (if cheese is browning faster than middle is cooking, cover with foil for last 15 mins)
