The beauty of this Chicken Parmesan Recipe is it's not only easy. Set it and forget it. But, it's also not breaded. So, it's healthier, and less work! We totally get to skip all that!

4
chicken breast
skinless, boneless
14.5
oz
diced tomatoes
1 can, I used the kind with Italian Seasoning
3
clove
garlic
crushed
3
tbsp
red wine
good, dry, if you wouldn't drink it, don't cook with it, blech

cup
mozzarella cheese
shredded
½
cup
parmesan cheese

tsp
sugar
salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
In your slow cooker, combine all ingredients save for the cheeses.
4 chicken breast,
14.5 oz diced tomatoes,
3 clove garlic,
3 tbsp red wine,
1 tsp sugar
Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours.
Add a touch more salt and pepper and all cheese.
1 cup mozzarella cheese,
½ cup parmesan cheese,
salt & pepper
Check to make sure chicken is cooked completely. 170℉. Because, raw chicken. Eeww.
Cover and cook for another 20 minutes until the cheese is a creamy, melty pot of yum.
Serve over lightly buttered noodles. Family mealtime my friends! Enjoy!
