How to Make Unicorn Popcorn
Make popcorn however you prefer. A Stir Crazy Popcorn Maker was used here. Make the minimum amount which is 1/3 cup kernels and 1 tablespoon of oil.
Divide the popcorn in half. Place half of the popcorn onto a baking sheet, spread in an even layer.
Place the candy melts into a resealable sandwich bag, but do not seal. Microwave the bag on 50% power for 30 seconds. Knead the bag and repeat three times until melted. Seal the bag and snip the tip.
Drizzle the melted candy melts over the popcorn on the baking sheet.
Top with unicorn sprinkles and let set to harden.
Break apart the colored popcorn and mix with the reserved plain popcorn.
Add the unicorn candy horns, vanilla chips, and marshmallows. Mix well.
Serve immediately or store in a sealed container or bag until ready to use.
Makes 10 cups.
