Icy and Creamy Caramel Frappuccino Recipe
As a lover of blended drinks and frosty coffee, it’s a must that a caramel frappuccino joins the list of homemade frappuccino recipes.
Honestly, caramel is not at the top of my favorite frappuccino list. I usually find caramel frappuccinos way too sweet when I order one from a coffeehouse.
However, since this caramel frappuccino is whipped up at home, I’m in complete control of the sweetness.
The recipe here is not overly sweet. If you do prefer your coffee drinks sweet, add in 1/3 cup of the caramel sauce when you blend it.
Is it frappuccino season yet?
I hate to even jinx it, but is the hot weather here for a while now? The past couple of days here have been hot enough to kick my frappuccino cravings into full blast.
Sitting outside in a comfy chair with a frosty coffee drink is my idea of the perfect afternoon refresher moment. I love to have all the ingredients on hand to quickly make a blended coffee drink when the craving strikes.
Just as that urge to take an afternoon nap kicks in, a small frappuccino treat powers me through the rest of the day.

Maybe try to add some caramel flavored chips into the mix for some texture. Here is a copycat recipe for the Caramel Crunch Frappuccino if you miss the crunch.
If you want more coffee flavor, be sure to use a strong coffee. I like to use Death Wish in icy coffee drinks. I mean, with a name like that, you know you’re getting a serious brew!
