Cookies with cherries and chocolate chips

Since this cookie recipe uses a cake mix, it’s quite simple to make. All you need are a bunch of add-ins, which you could have fun with and switch up to your liking. These cookies are like a mini-party. Perfect for birthdays or any celebration. If you use vanilla pudding mix instead of banana, you could even call them Birthday Cake Cookies. Experiment and have fun!

Jennifer, please help, my store only had the small boxes of pudding mix and 2 together come to more than the amount you have listed. They are 3.4 oz each. Would using 2 boxes be a problem? Would I need to change anything else if I do?

    Thanks in advance

Hi Debora! It’s probably not a huge deal to use 2 boxes. Or, you could just pour both boxes of the dry powder into a bowl and get rid of about 3.5 tablespoons. Let me know how it turns out!!
