  • Combine Bisquick, cocoa powder, and white sugar in a mixing bowl and mix well.
    2 cup Bisquick Original Pancake and Baking Mix, ¼ cup cocoa powder, 2 tbsp sugar
  • Add 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 2 eggs, and milk and mix well.
    ½ cup peanut butter, 2 egg, 1 ¼ cup milk
  • Pour batter using a 3 Tablespoon portion scoop onto a preheated griddle and cook 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Heat remaining peanut butter in the microwave for 20 seconds and stir. Serve pancakes drizzled with peanut butter and chocolate syrup and topped with peanut butter cups.
    ¼ cup peanut butter, 8 mini peanut butter cups, 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
